Hope they get the hot water fixed. We checked in about 6:00 p.m. and they offered a refund if we wanted to go elsewhere, but said they were currently working on it. Next morning at 6:30 shower was reasonably warm but was cooling by end of shower. Wife showered an hour later and was barely warm at all. Checking out at 10:00 I asked and got a curt reply that they were still working on it. Period.

No hot water, and they triple charged my card the price of the room just for incidentals and had almost $300 held off my account for the whole weekend.

The Staff for courteous the entry lobby was clean. The room lacked places to hang towels the shower leaked, and the shower door glass panel was not secure, and the walls and the finish was horrible along with the elevators were not clean. Water pressure was lacking and the water in the shower was tepid at best. I notice the usb plug in next to the bed were broken.

The room was likely recently remodeled so it didn't look old but they took shortcuts so it was cheaply done. No carpeting so the floor wasn't comfortable to walk on. The door on the bathroom rubbed on the flooring so it was hard to open/close at the halfway point. No curtains, just a cheap shade. Very disappointing for $205/night.
The room was clean though. The breakfast was nice. Staff was friendly. In comparison with the other hotels we have been staying in while in Kentucky, it should be $125/night at best. I would not stay there again unless they lowered the price.

The property is nice however we were in a suitw that made alot of noise in the bathroom vet so we had to move to another room that wasnt a syite and I am still trying to get reimbursed for the difference in the room and that has not been resolved.
