All of the staff were very friendly and efficient. Great upgrade on tv channel selection with added family and religious programs. Very convenient to the beach.

We made a quick weekend trip to the beach and stayed at Hampton Inn during our visit. The atmosphere in the lobby was warm and inviting and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Our room was clean with a comfortable temp during our visit. Full breakfast in the morning was a nice way to start the day. Highly recommend.

Safe environment overall. Very quiet and clean rooms. Very convenient to beach areas and shopping. Staff was very professional and friendly. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Really appreciated the coffee available all day in the lobby.

Staff was terrible. Staff was not helpful. They lost my reservations. They didn’t offer us another room just said there are two other hotels near by. The lady tried to call the hotel to see if it can be rebooked but the staff didn’t pick up the phone. Will never come back. Really the one close by was better.

Fun to stay, staff super friendly, and had some good conversation. Service was fantastic and only issue I had was my key card to the side door wouldn’t work right. It would green light and unlock but still wouldn't open. Besides that everything was great

No drinking glasses/cups in room. Both monitors were down for maintainer; was told they were taken down as guest children would play games on them. Front desk printer was not working.

I chose this hotel because it had excellent reviews. The bathroom in our room had damaged tile around the shower. It was rusty and moldy and the glass shower door was cloudy and dirty. The bed was very firm and uncomfortable. It felt like sleeping on plywood with 4 inches of foam. Breakfast was mediocre. Staff were very nice and the cookies were excellent
