Everything GREAT, will stay here again. Only two minor complaints: breakfast seemed overpriced, but plenty of options in the neighborhood; and the wifi connection was a little convoluted compared to other hotels. But otherwise excellent hotel. Great room.

Kiya did an amazing job at organizing a welcome birthday gift! It was perfect. She was incredibly friendly and welcoming.

I loved my stay at this property, the room was exceptional. I loved the small thoughtful items, such as the q-tips and nail filer in the bathroom. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious.

The property itself was well appointed and the location was great. The problem we had with it was the loud vehicle noises coming from the street below. It sounded like they were drag racing and it was hard to sleep.

Breakfast definitely NOT included
When I made my reservation, I made one that included breakfast for two. Two. However, when my husband and I went to get breakfast, we were charged almost $50! I told the gentleman that breakfast was included with our reservation and he said yes ma'am, and continued to charge me. For this reason I will not stay at this hotel again.

Really should have some dining options weekend evenings, especially during the off season when everything else in the neighborhood closes. I also feel like we should have been notified about a water outage during our stay BEFORE we checked in.

Quick trip to see a concert. We like this hotel chain because they are pet friendly and the cost is good. Highly recommended

Louisville Pros and Cons
The bed was hard as a rock. Area is slightly scruffy. Renee is awesome. Parking was easy. Location is excellent.
