Bed was terrible. First it wasn’t made properly. Second it was worn out or broken. Mattress was hard in spots and too soft in spots.

This was my second stay at a Tru. It was just as good as the first. Rooms are very clean. Staff is great. I will look for a Tru whenever I travel.

The hotel was in a good location and the staff was super friendly! Parking was good and well lit! Bed was comfy and room spacious! Shower and towels were good! Breakfast was adequate, nothing fancy. Juice was a little watered down. Overall, nice place and would stay again

房间很小，而且抵达时的客户服务很差。
经理在我信用卡出现问题时态度很不友好，不让我用手头上的另一张信用卡付款，真是麻烦不断，而且对妻子也不够礼貌。我们最终还是离开了。
酒店状况很糟糕。显然建造得不好，而且使用时间也不够长。不过，最令人不安的可能是我们房间里的两张床，其中一张明明摆着干净的样子，但掀开羽绒被和床单后，发现床单明显被人睡过……上面还有之前人留下的脏东西。还有，淋浴喷头的出水量是我见过最少的。头发到下巴或更长的人根本没法用那种淋浴间洗头。我以后不会再住这里了。
