Nuestro restaurante lleva cerrado desde pandemia, de hecho, sólo se sirven desayunos a los huéspedes desde entonces y en el mismo se hacen eventos concertados, no logramos ver la página que nos comenta, pero lamento su experiencia. Respecto al tema dni, no era un foto, usamos una app para hacer los partes que toma la información relevante a enviar y borra con seguridad las imágenes, pero si no se sentía cómodo, siempre lo puede decir, como me comentó lo del restaurante varias veces.Gracias por comentarnos lo de la cama, revisaremos un cambio de la misma, ya que es la primera noticia que tenemos.Le enviamos las instrucciones y los teléfonos el día del check-in y todos funcionan, unicamente que a partir de las 23:00 sólo está en uso el que se encuentra en el cartel de las habitaciones.Sin más, se despide, el personal que no fue de su agrado., que tenga una vida larga y próspera.

The property was great, the ladies were fantastic. They were very nice and friendly. The room was nice and clean. We arrived and check in was simple. The second day we returned between lunch and dinner, the restaurant was closed but they made us a nice meal anyway. They were very accommodating. I would definitely stay there again if I return.

The poor score is not because there was anything in particular wrong with the rooms, but I was not offered what was on the website. I booked a double room. The website also promised WiFi and a reduction on food at the onsite restaurant. When I got there it was a twin room (no problem), but I was told the restaurant was completely closed (still manageable) but as I had the last available room, it was far from the reception and the WiFi wouldn't work. Actually the lady on reception really tried to help and offered a mobile to hotspot from, but I had work to do, and I just needed everything to work - too many things wrong so I made the decision to go elsewhere.
