My first room was not acceptable. The keypad did not have a cover on it. The rods in the bathroom were arrested. There was gum on the back of my remote control and hair in my bed. I went to another room on the fifth floor. The room on the fifth floor was better, but the iron was burnt so I wasn’t able to use it. I will not be staying at this location again.

Stayed with my family of four. The hotel was very clean with a spacious room, comfortable beds/pillows, and great rates. The staff was friendly. We will be back!

The room was great. But you guys could add microwaves in each room. I was trying to watch Netflix but for whatever reason the connection was going in and out. Other then that it was amazing.

Aloft was a comfortable stay for my husband and I . The check in was easy and all the concierges were very nice . I was a little bummed that the pool was closed for the season but that was my bad. Everything was clean and comfortable. We did leave some stuff in the safe and they haven’t replied if they found it yet or not and it’s been a few days so I’m a little disappointed in the lack of figuring that part out for us but other than that we had a great time at Aloft .

The hvac wasn’t hooked up to the thermostat, one of the power blinds was broken. I wasn’t planning on writing this review, as I was told I would get some type of discount for it, but I didn’t. Otherwise it was okay. And no parking as well.

我住过很多酒店，但从来没有去过房间里没有卫生纸的酒店。我打电话要求前台的人给我送一些毛巾和一卷卫生纸，我被告知他们没有纸巾可以把它带到房间，但这很好。我必须亲自来取。我到了前台，收到了毛巾，但没有纸巾，前台说他们会拿一些纸巾，当他们发现一些时，我没有接到电话，也没有纸巾。荒谬的！！这也是他们可以在游泳池抽烟********的地方！这是什么生意？
靠近露天剧场，干净整洁。Jevan 和工作人员都很棒 👌 友好而高效。大堂的咖啡也很好喝。我们会再次入住这里。
不得不换了四次房间，有三件东西不能用，一楼要求换到上层
