Everything about this hotel was GREAT except there were blood stains on the sheets! Shouldn’t have to ask for a sheet change. Disappointing.

Long time customer/won’t return
Stay was terrible I was met with nothing but lies from the staff. I was interrogated and lied on like the typical “black people start issues” concept. I’ve never had an issue with this hotel although they are inconsistent, lack cleanliness and manners. I stay because its close to church and convenient for my family.

All the workers made our stay very comfortable. From the moment we walked in they were very helpful and very courteous. That made us feel like we have been there forever. The overall cleanliness of the hotel and room was very nice and would definitely stay there again.

Everything was easy quick and everything was nice from check in to check out. The pool was awesome. So many restaurants in the area stay there for the Jason Aldean concert round up staying an extra night.

Great location for going to a concert at Ameris Back Amphitheater. Lots of food options and shopping in the area. Staff was super nice. Would stay again.

我住过很多酒店，但从来没有去过房间里没有卫生纸的酒店。我打电话要求前台的人给我送一些毛巾和一卷卫生纸，我被告知他们没有纸巾可以把它带到房间，但这很好。我必须亲自来取。我到了前台，收到了毛巾，但没有纸巾，前台说他们会拿一些纸巾，当他们发现一些时，我没有接到电话，也没有纸巾。荒谬的！！这也是他们可以在游泳池抽烟********的地方！这是什么生意？
靠近露天剧场，干净整洁。Jevan 和工作人员都很棒 👌 友好而高效。大堂的咖啡也很好喝。我们会再次入住这里。
不得不换了四次房间，有三件东西不能用，一楼要求换到上层
