The staff was very kind and the room and hotel were clean. They did charge a parking fee that I find ridiculous in a suburb of Dallas with a large surface parking lot.

I stay almost once a week and some of the rooms need some maintenance or upkeep - tvs, lighting, etc. The lighting is terrible. Also, not sure why we need a parking pass. It’s a pain to go back to my car after bringing in my stuff. Lastly, I’m an honors member but each time I have to check in instead of getting a digital key.

This place was aged. Limited amenities. The breakfast was disgusting. The room definitely not like the picture, very small. The “queen” suite was not at all like a suite and the bed was barely a full sized bed. The internet kept going out.
