I loved everything about the hotel, however when I called for an early check in the lady was kind of rude, then when we were checking in it sounded like the same lady and she was still rude and didn’t even greet us when we came in or communicate with us and was talking to her co worker the whole time

Check says 2:00pm on the 3rd party site they're going to tell it's really at 3:00pm and my check in was delayed because my room was cleaned and ready yet and said it was going to be a 30 minute wait and it still wasn't ready and the woman that was at the desk end up leaving, it felt like she was just trying to pass the problem on to the next person, she was rude!!!! And then wouldn't even give me a late check out, I ask for the manager, she said there wasn't one until Monday, it wasn't professional at all.

酒店回复: Thank you for your review, I'm unsure why ******* shows our check in time incorrectly but it is 3:00. However that is no excuse for the customer service issues, we have undergone some staff changes and training to help better the hotel in that area.
