我非常喜欢在这里的住宿体验。工作人员和清洁度远远超出了我的预期!入住体验非常棒!(非常热情周到,轻松无忧)。我们的房间非常高档(漂亮、宽敞、干净、舒适)。
虽然早餐选择丰富,但我唯一的建议是他们能提供更多肉类选择。考虑到有些客人出于宗教、健康或道德方面的考虑不吃猪肉,或许他们应该提供火鸡和猪肉香肠。
我们入住的306房间,整个入住期间都弥漫着一股猫尿的恶臭。我丈夫两次在房间里看到一只小老鼠,它在沙发底下乱窜。浴缸的塞子塞不住,无法放水。我们入住的4天里,泳池一直关闭,原因是之前没有提到维修。房间里到处都是未清洁的表面。
这家酒店不算老,条件这么差。我不知道是谁开的,但退房时我们提出这些问题,管理层没有提供任何补偿或赔偿。只是道歉而已。我不会推荐住在这里。
酒店大部分地方都很干净,但我们的房间有点脏,地板上有前一位客人留下的苏打水,没有清理干净,床上方的墙壁上也有苏打水,在我们入住前也没有清理干净。
我喜欢这里干净、安全的住宿环境。但我不喜欢前台接待的女士,无论是当面还是打电话,都显得不够友好或热情。办理入住时,没有任何人与我联系,也没有任何热情……一切都像是在做交易。我来这里是为了工作,所以不得不回电话要求整理房间。他们告诉我,如果我连续住几晚,就不能要求整理房间,而且语气很敷衍。我对此很失望。
我给他们打了四星,只是因为泳池超级小。除此之外一切都很棒,我们玩得很开心,工作人员也非常友好。尤其是前台的Elli/Ella。
