Room was ok. Around the beds baseboards were dusty/dirty. There was an old cheerio on the floor in between the two queen beds. There was a lot of dust on fixtures etc. like it hadn’t been dusted in a while. For the price we paid; breakfast should be included & not $12, esp for people traveling etc. Not sure if we would stay there again or not.

Overall everyone was super nice. Rooms were clean. Easy walk to things around! My only issue was with having to file a noise complaint and nothing seemed to be done. I got little sleep that night. When I mentioned it at checkout once again the staff seemed annoyed that I brought it up. But if I’m paying that much for a room I feel as if something should be done or a partial refund or something should be issued.

Yes, clean room and staff was very courteous. I enjoyed my stay, especially the fact it was only a short walk to my event at the Covelli Center.

The double tree is in a very safe and convenient location. The staff is very nice and welcoming. The hotel itself is very clean and modern. The gym facility has enough to get a good workout in. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Youngstown area.

The room was great. Tons of space and well maintained. It might have actually been the best hotel mattress I have slept on in a while! The shower was weird though. Very low water pressure and a bit awkward that I had to actually stand in the shower to turn it on, since the glass part near the controls doesn’t slide open. I’m over 6 feet tall with long arms and couldn’t reach unless I was inside. The cold blast woke me up though!
Overall, its a very nice hotel and I would stsy there again.

The young woman at the front desk when I arrived )at almost midnight, 10/15, couldn’t have been nicer!! She was friendly, efficient, and professional! She accommodated my request for a high floor, checked me in quickly, and was gracious throughout!
