The biggest disappointment during my stay was the poor cleaning standards. Despite asking twice for the floor to be swept and mopped, it was never done properly. The bathroom was also neglected — the bin was so old and rusted that it wouldn’t even open, and overall cleanliness was not maintained. The linens were old and stained, which was unacceptable. Housekeeping had a poor attitude, and it seemed management does not check their work, allowing staff to put in the minimum effort. On a positive note, the fixtures and furnishings were fine, and the reception staff were polite. However, for a three-star hotel, the lack of cleanliness and oversight is a serious issue. Until management improves housekeeping and maintenance standards, I would not recommend staying here.
