When we go to the hotel around 4:45-5:00 to check in. The front desk worker said the room was not ready and could not give us a time to how long it would take. We waited around 30 minutes to get the keys to our room. When leaving the hotel the next morning, when walking out of our room there was 4-5 housekeepers standing in the hallway talking very loudly and laughing loudly. We could hear it from down the hall in our room.

I’m surprised Hilton has their name on this hotel-it is awful. The pool was closed for “maintenance.” The electronic locks coming inside from the parking lot are not operational- you have to walk around the block to the main entrance, in a bad area of town to enter. Locals visit the property at night and use the outside grills and have gatherings- it’s a mess! There were no toiletries inside the shower, we asked for replacements, front desk said she was trying to have some one bring them but only one person was able to do that!
LOUD street noise ALL night! This is a horrible hotel, stay away! i never leave bad reviews!

The pool was closed for maintenance unfortunately. Apparently it has been out for over 5 months. We also got charged just to sit down in the dining area which I found to be absurd. The establishment itself is very well maintained, but lacked in other areas. Will not stay here again.

First thing at check in they were giving water out to few choice guest that were hilton honors members. I asked for a few waters and was denied it has been 98 degrees every day here and we couldn't even get a water which is pretty sad! Also our room is just so basic 2 lights dont work and the toilet is the loudest one ive ever heard.

房东又一次从我的信用卡上扣了房费。我给她看了两间房4400美元的付款收据。房管说收据不够,我得打电话给*******把钱算清楚,她才能给我们办理入住。经过一个半小时的折腾和无数次的哭闹,我最终放弃了,说我会和美国运通卡商量,这样就不用被重复扣款了。美国运通卡很棒,他们是唯一愿意帮助我的。我留了一段视频,前台的三个人冲我吼叫,让我走开,然后打电话给*******。他们说他们和*******没有任何关系。
