Below the standards I have come to expect from H2S. Mattress was hard and uncomfortable. Blinds were inoperative.uncomfortable.

Breakfast on a real plate ( not paper or plastic), good coffee, buffet options, quick and good.
Daily room cleaning. Good heating/air con that can be switched off.
Kitchenette is large and clean.
Close to various restaurants.

This was a very high-end hotel, very close to the same price of others in the area that I have stayed at. I got this free stay from using my points and it was definitely worth it and I will surely be staying Hilton honors hotels again, everything was excellent. What can I say more

Home2 Suites - Fort Collins
This was our first stay at a Home2 Suites location. The room was wonderful! Lots of space and extremely clean. All hotel employees we met were very helpful, and a big shout out to Calvin at the front desk for his help on questions we had.

我们预订的是大床房，结果却拿到了双人床房。我跟酒店说了这件事，他们基本上就是一副“没办法”的样子。
我觉得酒店应该退我一些钱，因为床太小，睡得非常糟糕。
我觉得酒店的回复太差劲了。如果他们没有足够的大床房，就不应该对外宣称有大床房可供预订。
我已经30多年没睡过这么小的床了，如果早知道会提供这样的床，我肯定不会选这家酒店。
我还在房间里发现了三只虫子。它们还活着，到处爬来爬去。我不知道是什么虫子，但不管怎样，这些虫子是在不同的地方、不同日期发现的。
