From the time we stepped in the door late at night to when we left we were greeted with a smile and team members interested in us. The breakfast was also great for a free breakfast with eggs, meat and potatoes and warm cinnamon rolls among other items. The place also looked like new with varied seating in the lobby. Room was spacious and beds comfortable. Definitely recommend.

During check-in, the staff member was quite discourteous. Upon my arrival, she neither acknowledged me nor looked up from her computer. After standing there for several minutes, she finally greeted me but still avoided eye contact.
I had questions about a pre-charge on my account that exceeded the amount quoted by Travelocity. Her explanation was curt, and she acted as though I should already understand the issue, which felt dismissive and unhelpful.

My New Home Away From Home
I was in town to see family for the weekend and needed a quiet place to stay. This was perfect. Great location so I could grab food and go. Large room for just me and would have been perfect had my husband come as well. So clean! Shower pressure was decent (which is more than I can say about most hotels).
房间很大，有微波炉和冰箱，不过冰箱没有冷冻室。
边上就是in n out就餐方便。
给了安静的房间。
早餐的酸奶不错。
但注意，不能免费取消，提前两个月也不行。
环境安静，酒店比较新，干净整洁卫生。服务态度好。酒店位置比较靠近购物和商场。安全，可以步行target,所以周边环境非常好！
服务特别差！！

这里真的没什么可抱怨的。房子很现代，家具也很现代，床也很舒服。早餐也无可挑剔。步行范围内有商店，你也可以找到吃的东西。20公里外的伍德伯恩也有一家奥特莱斯。
前台工作人员热情欢迎我们。房间很棒，早餐也不错，虽然用的是塑料餐具和纸盘，但质量不错。唯一的缺点是晚上附近5号州际公路的噪音。除此之外，我们住得很愉快。
