Well when taking bookings, hotels should keep families at priority, there are women, senior citizens & children. It’s not discount matters, within complex of families, your hotels are allowing drinks adjacent to ladies room. Anyway excellent & cordial & beautiful service. Staff are par excellence, good & caring behaviour.

Major concern was functioning of room air conditioning and water heater (centralized hot water supply in bathroom. Besides this property as such has become old and need proper maintenance which is not being done. Bad mattress was sagging, window curtains are worn out and torn. (photos attached. You promised 15% discount on food and beverages but hotel had no information about it and charged full amount as per rate chart. I am looking for refund / compensation for deficiency of service.

I’m not a big fan of giving 1 star rating but i had to make an exception this time. I stayed here over the last 3 days and on the second night there was a party inside the hotel premises. The music was unbearably loud and made it impossible for me to sleep. Finally, i had to go to the reception at midnight because the front desk failed to tell me what time the music will be turned off over the phone. The staff at 15 minutes past midnight moved me from the 3rd floor to the first floor. Whilst the music wasn’t as loud as on the 3rd floor, i could still hear it until 1 in the morning. Definitely not going back again the next time i visit varanasi

Room was allotted too late, check in time 2 pm is too different from other hotels. Rest stay was good.

Very slow service. Lift not working, in the morning. Locker in the room was unaccessible, no one knew how to set it right. The linen was clean, but the room was unkempt, with dust around, torn curtains. Service was poor. Ordered dinner requesting mild spice but it was overly spiced. The breakfast was very average, had to request for hot food, overall very disappointing.
