The staff are supportive, but the taxi union rates are overpriced. Losing customers over a ₹100 negotiation shows poor business sense. It’s strongly recommended to arrange your own transport—rent a two-wheeler or car, or opt for a self-drive option. The beach location is the highlight—clean white sand, moderate crowd, and relatively quiet, with around 80% foreign tourists. Surfing is also available nearby. There are plenty of cafés, bars, and eating joints around the beach area.

Had an excellent stay. The property is good, the Wi-Fi signal was excellent, the rooms were neat and clean, and the staff was polite. Hot and cold water available 24 hours. Morjim beach is a 2-minute walk from the property.

Excellent service, atmosphere, and environment. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The food and service were outstanding. I really like the hotel and its peaceful atmosphere, especially the beautiful garden. Overall, a wonderful and relaxing experience.

Great cozy place and 1 minute away from beach but we have to walk through another property. Maintenance is good and staff is very friendly. Vikas who works there is a great guy and always helped us beyond his duties. Gautham who work in the hotel restaurant ensured food is prepared according to our taste. These both deserve a great appreciation by management. I would like to visit the place again in the nearest future.

Location, just away from the beach by 1 plot (have to walk through S2 Beach Resort) is great. Less than 3 mins. Room is big and has goodl natural light. Comfortable bed. The landscaping plants have grown much more so the pics are slightly different to existinig condition. A pool would be a welcome addition, to make it comparable to other resorts at a similar price-point.
