The hotel shower room glass door suddenly broken when i was showering ,the broken glasses hurt my arms and feet ,I was keeping blooding lots and after the 5th call to the reception deck ,some one come to my room to help me ; just 1or 2 mm the glasses will broken my main blood aorta，which can be vital disaster . And it seems they feel okay with their shower glass door ,but actually which can be super dangerous,be careful if you still dare to live in this Hilton . I don’t know how to protect my rights from them ,it seems they don’t care and don’t realized it is their problem at all . Disappointed to the Hilton brand . And it is the spring jew year holiday ,and the next day I get meeting ,which really kind of destroy my day and my trips ,hope there will be no scares remain on my arms and feet ;

这是亚洛瓦最好的酒店之一，但楼层走廊的地毯不干净，有异味。
我在入住的第一天 在淋浴时 淋浴房的玻璃门突然爆裂 ，碎玻璃片伤到我的手臂 以及脚，流血不止，打了前台五次电话有人到我房间；情况非常危险⚠️，并且没有对我做任何赔偿及正式道歉。总体感觉非常差劲；而且该品牌设施不合格 存在巨大危险，如果玻璃碎片割到我的动脉 也许就很快晕倒了,如果你不幸一定要入住这家希尔顿 一定要小心他们的浴室玻璃门。总之是一次非常不愉快的且有生命危险⚠️的入住体验，我不知道该如何维护我的权益，他们似乎一点也不在乎。希望不会给我的手臂和脚留下伤疤。

1. 酒店大堂热得像个桑拿房，完全不开空调。
2. 房间太小了，浴室也达不到五星级酒店的标准。
3. 早餐餐厅的服务人员态度很差。
4. 我们刚到酒店的时候，竟然没有一个人来帮我们拿行李。
每次入住亚洛瓦希尔顿花园酒店，我都能享受到同样高水准的服务。房间的清洁度、员工的专业素养以及酒店整体的舒适度都始终如一地出色。对于寻求安静安全环境的商务旅客而言，这里是该地区最佳之选。
我们晚上到的，希尔顿酒店的员工说，他们试图推销套房，尽管他们网上说有空房。员工最终帮我们找到了房间。他们事先告诉我们希尔顿酒店已经订满了，但由于门口停满了车，所以不太明显。我们选择希尔顿酒店是为了能得到服务。结果根本没有服务。我们不得不自己把行李箱搬到房间，再从车上卸下来。房间非常小。我们经常去亚洛瓦出差，但不会第三次预订希尔顿酒店了。服务简直是一场灾难。早上和下午都有服务。行李员会帮忙搬行李，但根本没有人。所以我建议你不要选择希尔顿；你花钱选择希尔顿，这样才能得到不错的服务。但不幸的是，情况就是这样。之后我们决定住在亚洛瓦的华美达酒店。我们的房间已经订满了，我强烈推荐一月份入住的华美达酒店。酒店很棒，非常友好，员工也非常棒，他们甚至会把车停在那里。但是没有垃圾桶。你必须亲自去停车场取车，这简直是一场灾难。

就像酒店房间一样。宽敞、舒适的床和漂亮的浴室。
我认为餐厅里的食物价格昂贵而且份量很小。为开胃菜提供冷卷。城里的所有其他地方都提供新鲜的面包/面包卷。
健身房是 10/10。
而且工作人员都超级好。
缺少台球桌、飞镖靶、乒乓球桌或除了运动/台球之外您可以在酒店进行的任何活动。
游泳池里长满了绿色的藻类，房间破旧不堪，走廊难看，酒店所在的区域非常恶心，主要供造船厂工人和服务人员使用
