The room was very clean and the cleaning staff were so helpful and friendly in the morning. We would definitely stay again when we are next up in Berwick.

从预订开始沟通就非常糟糕；承诺的入住信息没有兑现，而且在我们入住期间也一直没有关于当前钥匙密码的信息。淋浴间有故障——显然在我们到达之前就已经坏了，但却没有被检查——所以我们只能使用刚刚空出来的房间里条件较差的设施。水管工来的时候我们就离开了房间，酒店也没有告知我们维修完成的时间，以便我们返回。第二天我们想用淋浴时，发现水温设置得太高，非常不舒服。总而言之，我们的住宿体验非常混乱。当我们投诉糟糕的住宿条件时，酒店的回复是这些问题“超出我们的控制范围”，但显然良好的沟通和定期的维护检查是很容易控制的。虽然员工态度很好，但鉴于酒店的混乱状况，我们不推荐这家酒店。
床很舒服，但我4点到达时发现没有工作人员，而且房间里的牛奶也停了，所以我没法喝咖啡或吃早餐。

没有工作人员，房间也没打扫。需要通过密码锁才能进入空荡荡的酒店。

办理入住时酒店没人。他们发了短信，但直到我们到了酒店才发。短信里有个密码，可以打开空荡荡的酒店房间，但我们到房间后发现门上没有钥匙。我们打电话过去，他们说可以让我们用另一个有钥匙的房间……真是太麻烦了。
性价比太低，房间又小又潮湿，破旧又冷，前台根本联系不上，早餐也只能算一般。以后绝对不会再住这里，也不会推荐给任何人。
