The bedding, towels, and curtains were immaculate. The floor, walls, kitchenette and bathroom wore very clean! And the air conditioner worked great! Staff was very polite and helpful.

Decent enough room. They do not clean the rooms except once a week, so keep that in mind when using towels, tissue, etc. VERY loud neighbors.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly and responsive to requests for additional towels and coffee. The disappointing thing was that, although the promo pictures showed a cook top, microwave, large refrigerator, and even dish soap, there wasn't a single dish, plate, pan, or article of silverware anywhere in the room. It was fine for our 2 night stay, but would have appreciated if it had been stocked with some basic kitchen items.

The kitchen is very nice for extended stay. The area is quiet and we felt quite safe there. I believe the carpet could use a good shampooing as my white slippers soon turned to dark gray. They said they clean extended stay rooms every 4 days, but after 5 days, I had to request cleaning.

Not what we expected
We knew there was a full kitchen but we weren’t told to bring our own dishes, pots and pans, utensils or coffee filters. There was no body wash in the shower (it wasn’t filled), there were a few hairs on our bath towels, and the bed was not comfortable. We didn’t tell the front desk because every time we went down there, there was nobody at the desk. We were looking forward to staying here based on the wonderful reviews, but we won’t be staying in a My Place hotel again.
