Room was very clean, the staff was great, and so were all the amenities. It was a great trip and the kids loved it!

Staff very friendly. Clean. Was a bit of a walk to access the beach for us and to our car, but we enjoyed ourselves.

Room was amazing! Bed was so comfortable! Staff was incredible! Woodcraft restaurant was disappointing. Server was wonderful! Food was badly overcooked. If you have dinner guest while staying there, they must pay to park. Other than that, everything was great!

Employee were rude and site wasn’t easy for handicapped people . Anyone who had walking issues stay away .

酒店回复: Hi Barney,Thank you for your feedback. We regret to hear parking was inconvenient. The temporary horseshoe drive/lobby drop off area has roughly 12-14 spaces for cars, 3 of which are handicap. As you mentioned, the remaining 250+ parking spots, including 9-10 handicap parking is located on the west side of the property. We apologize for the frustration.

Had no idea major construction was taking place when I made this reservation. Woke up the first day to bulldozers moving dirt and workers tearing down wood forms with sledgehammers...at 7:15 a.m. right outside my room. This went on all week.
