Clean rooms. The staff was nice. The outlets are across the street, there is a Popeyes near by too.

Great stay, will be back.
Our stay was perfect from the service at the front desk from Tammie to the spacious, clean and comfortable room. We were using this a stop over on the way to Hilton Head. Will definitely do this again!

Everything was great from friendly staff to nice room to better breakfast than any other! We highly recommend the Hampton Inn and Suites in the Asheville Biltmore area.

Didn’t like that we couldn’t close curtains all the way- it allowed a lot of light in from the parking lights. Also our room faced Brevard Road, so it was noisy.

We did go and check you room and it seems the black out curtains were not pulled all the way across allowing the light you mentioned. In the future we are happy to assist you with any issue 24 hours a day to ensure your comfort. We hope you will try us again next time you are in the area.

We were not satisfied with our stay. We asked for a refund for the last night since we had no water in the room. We could not shower, brush our teeth, or flush the toilet. Not acceptable for the price we paid. Hotel evidently is doing construction on the pipes. We asked for a refund and were told they will talk with *******. Don’t stay here.

I can’t think of one negative thing to say. The lobby desk couldn’t of been more helpful and one employee named Gift, went far beyond his normal duties.
我们来阿什维尔游玩时，汉普顿酒店（Hampton Inn）对我们来说非常方便。酒店位置很好，就在我们喜欢去的地方的中心地带，从农贸市场到植物园，再到蓝岭景观公路，当然还有奥特莱斯（不过我们来这里不是为了购物的）。我们的房间和整个酒店一样都非常干净。我们多住了一晚，工作人员非常友好和乐于助人。我们觉得物有所值。酒店网站导航很方便，预订住宿也很简单。早餐选择不错。床很舒服，我们一定会再来的，之前也是因为这些原因住在这里。
我们在这里住过好几次了，这是我们在阿什维尔的首选酒店。房间总是很干净，员工也都非常友好。地理位置也很好，去哪里都方便！
入住这一间酒店，可以说是一种缘份！
早前订的酒店并不是这一间，
是在他隔邻的一间酒店，品牌是属于 Radisson 的，
但由于这间酒店实在太差！
于是当机立断立刻申请取消，并转这间酒店。
希尔顿集团管理，的确并不相同，
无论是前台服务员的态度，又或是餐厅的服务，
也是毋庸置疑的好。
我在这家酒店度过了一段美好的时光，绝对值得它如此高的评价。酒店维护得非常好，非常干净，配备了舒适入住所需的所有设施。房间宽敞、设备齐全、现代化；一切都经过精心设计，以确保客人的舒适。
然而，我想强调两个缺点，因为它们确实影响了我的体验：
1. 酒店内没有洗衣设施。坦白说，这真是太令人失望了。我本来以为可以洗衣服，尤其是在连续住几天的情况下。然而，洗衣设施并不完善：两台洗衣机和两台烘干机就足以提供这项服务了。这实际上是唯一缺少的便利设施，也是我无法给出五星评价的原因。
2. 不提供过夜客房服务。我觉得这很奇怪。如果您一次预订住两晚，房间就不会打扫。但如果您分开预订两晚，房间清洁服务包含在内吗？为什么？价格完全一样，所以我不明白其中的逻辑。这不是我见过的唯一一家这样的酒店，但我觉得它毫无道理，令人困惑。
总而言之：这是一家很棒的酒店，我毫不犹豫地推荐它，但有一些细节如果能改进一下，体验会更加完美。
