We stayed here as part of the Taste of France tour. It was very authentic and excellent quality. Our hosts Carol and Francois were friendly and hospitable. The countryside setting was superbly relaxing. Each day our guide Brendon would drive us to nearby points of interest. The pool at Ludeye was a welcome activity on a hot summer's afternoon. The food was delicious and the rooms comfortable. Great sleep. The village fete was the best fun with Brass band, bbq, wine and fresh oysters.

Very comfortable stay with charming hosts. Dinner available on the day we arrived and good breakfasts each morning. Very interesting and international group of guests during our stay, Large comfortable rooms fully equipped with bathroom accessories and hair dryer and adequate wifi facility. Although in the countryside there is easy road access into the small local town which has a local wine chateau and there is very easy road access into the wine chateau area with Pouillac only 20 min drive away. Outstanding location for wine chateau visits.

The Medoc Chateaux Road from Chateau Margaux until Chateau Cos Destournel is 12 km from our place. You can even bike it ! Thank you again for choosing us for your stay !

What a find, fantastic location in the middle of one of the best wine regions, delicious authentic breakfast, sweet hosts who can be asked about anything and come with useful advice and information. Beer and wine can be purchased at all times. Coffee/tea available around the clock. Clean and nice pool for a refreshing dip in the afternoon. We had a wonderful one night stay. We were on a bike trip through Medoc. After a long day cycling, it was a treat to be welcomed by our hosts. We were helped to unload and store our bikes. Our room was large and very comfortable. Prior to dinner we enjoyed an apertif with our hosts and fellow guests on the terrace. Dinner was a fun evening with wonderful food and good wine. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this B&B.

Carole and Francois are first class hosts. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It has great facilities, the outdoor pool had just opened for the season at the beginning of May, bikes were available and if you need a washing machine, that’s available too. Breakfast ingredients were all very fresh, we presume they went to the boulangerie every morning. Electric car charging on-site was very convenient. Francois helped us book vineyard tours based upon our budget and gave us advice about the trams into Bordeaux. You can charge EV at some of the tram stops for free (May’22).
