Room had a couple of stains but over was clean and well kept and they should really explain the incidental fees at booking

The resort itself is beautiful and offers great amenities, but my experience was disgraceful. I had an encounter with staff members that was unprofessional and concerning. The situation was handled poorly, making me feel singled out and treated differently because of my race. Staff could have addressed the matter with clear communication and courtesy, but instead it felt accusatory and unnecessarily escalated.
I even reached out to management for a response, but the situation is still unresolved. I tried to enjoy the rest of my stay, but I ultimately checked out early because it didn’t feel right staying there after that type of treatment. While the property beautiful, the way this incident was handled overshadowed my visit. I hope the resort takes this seriously and ensures all guests are treated fairly and respectfully.

The hot tub was full of dead skin it was horrible and the food was trash and they charge gratuity on everything even take out its insane

The security wouldn’t let me go back to the room to see my daughter, rather they went to the door, demanded my ID, and said do not open it for anyone while making me wait in the lobby for over 25 minutes to be let back up. It was the most unbelievable and abusive experience I have ever had.
My daughter was shaking with fear, terrfied.

$500 a night, no hot water on floor 14, we left at 5am, out all day and no one cleaned the room, made the beds or switched out the towels. I’m a hotel owner and I was not just disappointed but appalled by the service, quality, prices and conditions. It used to be very nice. Sad to see.

The room was clean and spacious. Check in was easy except they charged us for early check in which was fine however we still had to wait. No one came to clean our room during our 4 night stay except for one night, they showed up at 10pm. We were already in bed so it was a little irritating..

Quick but great stay; everyone was very nice. Room upgraded which was really appreciated since it was our wedding weekend. The only negative was that there weren't many options for restaurants open.

The staff was not helpful. Our room was very dirty including dirty shower that looked like it wasn’t cleaned from previous guests, stained couch, bedding and floors.
