Walking distance to downtown. Assigned parking space is outside your door. Operated by a family that is beyond what you expect from management. Personable and friendly. Receptive. Just a great vibe all around.

The Marshall Creek Rest Motel was a delightful stop after a long day at Dollywood. It had everything we needed for a basic stay-comfortable bed, cold a/c, great water pressure-and several excellent touches like convenient hooks wherever we seemed to need one, a fridge, WiFi, and a friendly check in experience. We didn’t check out the pool or creek side seating area, but they looked nice. Gatlinburg is intense—SO many tourists and lots of traffic—so we were glad to get out of town early after a comfortable night sleep and excellent showers. Thanks!

The managers were very attentive. They were always offering to help us and made sure we got what we need. We had the family suite which was perfect for 5 of us. Highly recommend!

Beautiful place, so cozy and cute. Staff is very kind and helpful. Walkable area and very close to national park, loved it!
