酒店回复: Glad to hear you found the rooms nice, but sorry to hear you weren't satisfied with our service. The pantry is normally open 24 hours but is on the rare occasion closed for emergency situations or if our front desk person is helping a guest and is the only person on staff. As for the water station in the gym, thank you for bringing this to our attention and we will make sure to have our staff keep a better eye on it from now on. The staff was excellent, especially Marcel. He welcomed us after a long drive and was so positive and helpful. He checked us in quickly and was so sweet. Also, the staff during breakfast and the happy hour on Monday were fantastic. All very nice and very helpful. An added plus was the guest laundry service! What a great amenity!

Our stays at Staybridge are alway wonderful. This time was no different. Their free breakfast is amazing. The hotel, inside and out is immaculate and the staff is helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this location.

这是一家普通的3星级酒店。我的房间就在电梯旁边，所以噪音很大，我根本睡不着。
