All around the staff was nice. Everybody was nice me and my company had a great time we will be staying

When I got there, the associate had to walk me to my room because they did not have any cards left to give me so I can go in on my own. The bathtub was a little dirty. Breakfast was $14.95 for some crap. My expectations weren’t high, so I wasn’t disappointed. Only stayed one night. The employees were nice though.

Very close to the airport, but not much airport noise. Renovated property, clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast.
Call hotel for airport shuttle when you land.

Staff at check in does not understand what the term “customer service” means. No looking up, engagement of any kind, and couldn’t care less that I was there.
The room was alright but the bed was incredibly cheap and disappointing.
Will not be returning.

Room clean up not daily? My room got clean up until I remind. Late night I came back room I needed to shower without new tower.

这家酒店硬件设施不错。早餐服务一般，明确告知房间号码及酒店费用已包含早餐，但是信用卡还是收到两个房间早餐的费用。后打电话及发邮件与酒店联系，酒店经理非常专业地解决了问题，退回早餐费用，并将发票通过电子邮件送达。谢谢。
