Nice place. Right by Hobby airport. Clean, safe. Only 2 complaints are you have to pay for parking as a guest (i know its because non guests would use as a free parking lot when leaving town but still). And the AC is locked and you cant put below 69 degrees. Was a bit warm and humid in room. Overall i recommend. Nice people.

Lovely hotel convenient to Hobby airport. Very reasonable price.Clean and very comfortable room, and cheerful airport shuttle service at 3.30 am!

房间干净卫生，精美西式早餐，周边多家租车公司，在霍比机场到达大厅，有去坐邮轮的大巴。
这家酒店硬件设施不错。早餐服务一般，明确告知房间号码及酒店费用已包含早餐，但是信用卡还是收到两个房间早餐的费用。后打电话及发邮件与酒店联系，酒店经理非常专业地解决了问题，退回早餐费用，并将发票通过电子邮件送达。谢谢。

酒店干净整洁，地理位置优越，完全符合我的需求。24小时班车服务非常棒。工作人员热情友好；然而，我入住第一晚后就要求更换客房咖啡机，虽然他们告诉我会处理，但始终没有得到解决。迷你冰箱也运行良好。我住了5晚。此外，洗衣设施故障，非常不方便，停车场管理员简直就是个噩梦。我租了一辆有未付费用的车，他们试图让我承担责任，包括滞纳金，并指责我冻结了我的信用卡，而他们明明每天要收取两次过夜停车费。酒店工作人员确实通过电话和电子邮件帮助我解决了这个问题，并向我沟通了这个问题，最终我获得了全额退款，我想我还收到了希尔顿提供的少量退款。
一切都很顺利——直到我回到酒店停车场，我的车停在付费停车场：我的挡风玻璃裂了。昨晚停车时，挡风玻璃完好无损。接待员告诉我，他的车几周前在停车场被损坏了。当然，当时没有视频记录。
