Absolutely terrible. Threaten to call the police on me about 20 times refused to keep my reservation, and was so disrespectful

Not the best
The beds are clean but very firm and it felt old and run down. I would spend $20 extra and stay somewhere else. Online it says pet friendly but it isn’t just in case you have a dog or service animal.

Absolutely wonderful. Rooms are clean and the front desk clerk patrick was so nice and helpful and had me checked in with ease.

It's the middle of the night, and I'm angry that they have to make guests stand outside and take them in. The room rate is too high for the price. It's ridiculous that a place like this costs $126. It's only worth about $60.

Broken peephole, dirty light switch covers, water damaged walls, unmounted sink faucet, shower head coming off the wall, toilet paper holder broken, dirty floor.

The check in is outside, had to stand in the cold to check in. The room was fairly clean but the microwave area had food on the counter upon arrival. Was a little weird that staff was waiting outside our door when we left even though we weren’t near the checkout time.

我不喜欢缺乏安全感。窗户没有锁，很容易打开。
买吃的只有一个地方，而且关门很早，而且安全到达也不容易，只能往相反的方向走。
