Need to update the washrooms and everything and please check on the cleaners they r not cleaning my washroom was terrible and the noise from the outside windows ooh my god wakes me up in the mid of the night some guys are stunt driving and making donuts and raving their cars need to focus on these things not a great experience i hope next time you guys fix it up so i can book you guys up next time thank you

The room had a damp musty smell as soon as you entered and the carpet was moist as well.
Everything had a heavy lingering smell. Area was visibly dirty. Worst of all, the fire alarm went off at 330 am and there was no clear communication or direction given. Horrible experience

by mistake a piece of just a decorated stuff was broken by me at entrance and i paid for it but the guy on reception threatend me and was so rude no a good place to visit

Friendly staff & peaceful room
Very kind staff. Helped me get a room at the last minute and was able to change the bed type upon check in. They were very helpful. They recommended great food in walking distance and tips for getting around Toronto.
The room was peaceful and quiet. I couldn't hear other quests. It has a nice clean appearance and pleasant smell.

Limited parking and very busy right next to the hall. My room was not very clean I took pictures of it but was to tired to switch rooms

Clean room, However, no face cloth after first day. Had to go ask for it at the front desk. Very poor WIFI reception in the room. No coffee machine at breakfast. Just instant coffee to add hot water.
