The room was clean and well-organized. Plenty of towels, convenient places to put our suitcases, plenty of convenient outlets for charging, plenty of coffee and tea, a microwave and fridge in the room, great hot breakfast with a pancake-making machine :-) Friendly staff at the front desk and at breakfast. It was a very pleasant surprise for the price.

The brief exchange that I had with staff, checking in and out was very pleasant. The young ladies were very friendly and thoughtful. There was a stain or something on the floor, a stain on one of the dust ruffles on the bed, and a part of the curtain looks like it was possible torn? Other than that, the condition of the bathroom was very clean as well as the rest of the floor and there was no dust around in the room.

Everything was ideal! Best hotel in Springfield TN. Stephanie was so understanding when I needed something that I had forgotten to bring with me.( shaving cream).👏👍🙏

楼上底层系统噪音很大。地板摇晃都能听到。新楼但看起来好像永远过不了验收。一年两次，第一次是淋浴板漏水，第二次是毛巾螺丝掉。新酒店看起来像40年的老建筑。
