The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom had a great shower and was spacious. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. Easy access and plenty of parking. Coffee in the room and in the lobby. Had a great stay.

pool and hot tub were closed even calling ahead before booking basicaly lied. there was a hole int the door and we had people pounding on our door at 4am looking for someone. breafast was cold and horible. just a bad place.

The room that I reserved a week in advance was not available and to make our stay easier we needed the handicap accessable bathroom. So we had to be given a regular room. What is the point of making a reservation if the room would not be available. Upon arrival to our room the remote was not available so the lady had to go find one from another room. The water pressure in the shower was horrible and made rinsing miserable. And not having the handicap shower was difficult. The breakfast was not ready when it was supposed to , had to wait 30 minutes and then the food was barely warm. The elevators were filthy and the carpets looked nasty. So I don't see that I will return for another stay.

Hotel was good in a good location. However, hallways and elevator were dirty. We also had a false-fire-alarm go of at 5 in the morning. The alarm was turned off quickly and we noticed no one was exiting their rooms, so I had to call the front desk and that is when I was informed it was a false-alarm.

Staff support was weak, employee didnt know what to do at first HE had to clean our room since the room service employees didnt finish cleaning our room, we had to wait for another one. Ac lobby wasnt working at all

After checking in to the hotel I went to the room to find that someone was staying in the room the bed was in made and the room was dirty. It was the most terrible experience I have ever encountered.

地理位置很棒，离北海滩、水族馆和列克星敦号航空母舰大约15分钟路程，酒店离购物区和餐馆也非常近，有很多选择和可玩的地方，离贸易中心（室内市场）也很近。服务非常棒，我们一家五口是第一次全家旅行住酒店，服务简直太棒了，他们帮我们解决了一切问题，回答了我所有疑问，也没有因为我们不停地要毛巾和清理房间里的沙子而感到不耐烦。我们住了4天3晚，酒店设施很好，我给了3分，因为完全没有洗衣服务，而我们经常往返海滩和夜钓，所以洗衣对我们来说是刚需，最后我不得不去了自助洗衣店。我们没有使用他们的游泳池或健身房，但这些都有提供，他们的免费早餐也很棒，总的来说是一次非常棒的住宿体验！😀👍
制冰机不是很干净，但总体来说入住体验还是不错的。
房间很干净， 酒店环境也很不错，设施也齐全，有游泳池和健身房。工作人员也很热情，非常不错的体验。下次来还会选择这里。
