At check in I asked for a room downstairs. Desk agent said none were available. Later that night I walked property and counted FOUR empty rooms with curtains half open. It only took me 3 trips to get my things up and the stairs from truck to room and only 3 more to get them down the stairs and back to truck from room

Nice Bed
The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. The darn fan in the bathroom needs attention, it was unbearably loud when the light switch is on.

No Power but Rooms Available
Booked hotel. Drove to hotel. Hotel was completely dark with a sign on the LOCKED interior door stating “No power but rooms available.” Needless to say we didn’t stay and drove all the way back home.

I dont know how the property was. The power was out and I was not able to check in. ******* should not have allowed me to book a room. As I learned, the power had been out several hours when I was allowed to book the room. Only after I drove 30 minutes did I arrive to find the hotel was closed. FYI the power was out due to a storm and not because anything the hotel did.
