酒店回复: Hi Diane, I would like to address your concern. 4 days prior to you coming into your unit someone actually smoked in the unit. When this happens we have to use a cleaning agent that can get rid of the smoke and the smell from the room. The room is aired out but can sometimes still have a lingering smell for a couple of days. In the future please come to the office if you have a concern so that we can address it immediately and possibly change your room for you. You were here for 3 days and calling the office would of helped us to make sure that you enjoyed your stay. We work really hard on making sure these rooms are in excellent conditions and the guests enjoy there stay.

Some of the bathrooms are on the smaller side as 3 of our cabins are standard cabins and our very small in size as you can see on the pictures of the unit when booking. We have tried to make it as comfortable as it will allow us. We look forward to seeing you in the future.
