Key cards didn't work, room looked very run down and a huge party of people woke us up during the night and kept us up.

Visited Jonesboro and always like to stay at holiday inn there. Convenient to walk across street to Cracker Barrel to eat too.

Every employee was super nice, friendly and went above and beyond. We were in town for a concert and we will definitely return here for our stay

There was nothing good about this property. The woman at the front desk was incompetent and difficult to deal with. She told me that I did not have a reservation even though the rest of our party had checked in to their room with no issue. She only found it after I gave her my confirmation number without her asking for it. The hotel itself smelled bad and was dirty. The area surrounding the hotel was unsafe, dilapidated, surrounded by vagrants, and we heard loud music and screaming from our room. I would never stay here again.

Great for a one night stay
One night stay for a college event for my child. Clean hotel in a great location. I paid extra for breakfast & I won’t do that again. However, I would stay at this location again in the future.

Food left in fridge from last guest and when we opened fridge the food was clearly rotting. And breakfast was $10 and not worth it. Eggs were completely dried out. Better off going to Cracker Barrel next door.
Clerk in the beginning of night was a bit rude. We were just tired and trying to get to our room and to sleep. A no go for me.

The bathtub drainage didn't work, I was offered a plunger to fix it, the ironing board was placed on top the closet I'm 5'2" that in itself was an issue getting in down, it was broken an couldn't collapse back, the iron leaked all over my garments. For all my complaints I was given free breakfast. However, after I returned from my graduation the reason for my stay there was a roach in my room. I was moved to another room that smelled wet and air refresher was used to mask the smell. Does anyone check the rooms prior to occupancy to see if everything works?

Highly disappointed I have stayed at a few holiday.Inns, and this by far has been the worst experience. Staff was not very friendly when we got in that evening. Especially when we asked for a luggage cart. They couldn't really be bothered with such trivial request. We got to the room.It was small for a king room. The phone did not work and the room was not very clean. There was hair in the sink and the floor had a film on it. When we checked under the mattress for bed bugs. Because that's a thing nowadays, thankfully no bedbugs. However, hair dust dirt was all found underneath the mattress. Will not be staying again.
Not a very good experience.

They cleaned the room left no towels did not straighten up the beds. No laundry bags left for dirty clothes. I will never stay in this hotel again
