Stayed with them 3 days they never showed up to clean or change the sheet , towels etc ! I want to use a computer and they have 2 pcs in the main lobby none of them works they said both they are out of service !

Room better clean long hair in the bed on the sheets on the nightstand the tv in the bedroom didn’t work and since I went through a 3 party they couldn’t do anything about a discount I was tired from working at the stadium I didn’t feel like moving to another room the wash towel was dirty that why I always bring on own towels 170.00 for a dirty room

My first room had a disgusting order. I went to the desk and Patrick moved me to another room. My mother had a fall in the room from her wheelchair. I called ems, she was ok, and Patrick called to see if she was ok. Patrick is great.
I will say the couches are terrible. It is very flat and difficult to sit in and get up. Maybe some different seating. I stayed at a Hilton in St Augustine abd it was absolutely perfect. I was hoping for the same here and i do understand location means a lot. Everyone was pleasant. Thank you
