We had a lovely stay! The location was perfect — just a short walk from the beach — and the staff were so accommodating, even letting us check out late, which made our last morning really relaxed. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of tasty options. Would definitely stay again!

A gem of a stay. Small property, so book early. They are putting in an outdoor pool (started May 20, 2025) for added fun. Staff are most accommodating under the guidance of Sidhesh (Sid). Looked forward to the breakfasts . . . wide choice of hot breakfast items. The beach is across the street, 2 minute walk. The hotel arranges taxi services . . . also rent moto scooters/bikes. I found Palolem to be the best beach . . . quiet, clean and free of crowds. There a few 'convivence shops' nearby ***** with an alcohol shop (duty free, excellent prices - don't miss out. it was a great trip with friends, resort is just near by beach is 100 meters away, nice peaceful place, we had a great time, We eat our all the meals in Art resort near by beach front resort, such a great experience, We are coming back nest season, staff are very polite here and manger too.

one hidden gym of Palolem, south Goa is most peaceful and family friendly beach, Not many party people come here so its best for us, this place is just near the beach and many nice Restaurants are near by, We eat most of our meals in their restaurant they recommended art resort right on the beach, We will definitely come back.

a hidden gem near the beach, beach is just 150 meters away and staff is very helpful, its not so expensive as well good for family and friends who are looking for budget friendly hotel near the beach, its very quite in the night for sleeping as well.

We stayed here for 2 nights to extend our stay in Goa. 100 meters from the beach. Breakfast was included and the bed was large and comfortable. Staff were friendly and it is close to restaurants and shops. It would be a great place to stay for. Vacation in Goa.

While there are things about the property that could be improved, the one thing i cannot fault is the service. While we were staying there my mum fell ill and the staff were unfailingly compassionate in tending to her needs - fetching items from the pharmacy, arranging cabs, providing extra pillows and so on. Sid in particular was incredible and we were so grateful to him and his team for all their support. In addition, the properties are quiet and well-arranged, and only five minutes' walk from the beach. I highly recommend staying there; you will not regret it!

Great location just a few minute walk to the beach front. Cute little bungalow style accommodation which was basic but clean, great shower and excellent aircon with a fan. So we were comfortable at night time and slept well. For the price we paid I thought it was great and would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was included and although basic hits the spot. The staff looked after us really well and were so helpful and friendly. A great experience!

Losing faith in TripAdvisor reviews, can’t understand how the property got 4.5 rating. My summary for 2 night stay is: good points 1. Very near to southern side of the beach. 2. The taste of food is good, though we took only breakfast. The negative points: 1. Need immediate renovation 2. Furnitures are ages old 3. The entrance door of our room almost falling apart 4. Painting from ceiling falling down. 5. Torn curtain 6. Overpriced. We paid 10.2k for 2 nights. Should not be more than 2.5k per night. My advise, Try to avoid. You will get better property at this price. The wretched condition of the room and furniture will dampen your holiday mood.
