Outside appearance was dirty, trash on the floor by the front door with a trash can 5ft away stayed there for 2 nights. The glass doors were dirty, door handles broken, floor unvacuumed and had a smell. Then I finally got to the front desk, sub-par, the coffee desk was incredibly dirty. The room was 7/10. Had a humid smell, the hotel does not run the A/C to circulate air. There was broken tile in the tub that was stuffed with paper towel to cover the hole. Drip noise coming from the vent, whih was rusted. The bed was clean, however the wall had a crack like someone fell into the wall and it was never repaired. The house keeping was annoying. They came to clean, (2 men), I was not ready for them to come in and asked for the to come back later, after a minute of staring at me, asked ok how long? I said later. I refused to leave anything of value in my room after that, so I kept it with me and took pictures. They didnt replace the sheets just remade the bad and vacuumed the room. Needless to say, Never again... price was ok but I only stayed here because I selected the wrong Microtel Inn and paid online already and couldnt make changes.

I am not sure if it is best to add my review here or corporate because my experience was unnerving. Hotel did not call to tell me they were only accepting cash because their system was down. A picture of my ID was taken on a personal phone. The room was not clean nor did it look like anything from the pictures. Dead water bug as we entered. The lady at front desk was doing her best but I think this is a management issue. There are not many restaurants or things to do like they mentioned when we called. All around not upfront and inconvenient. I thought because of the Wyndham name it would have been better.

Incompetent, unhelpful thiefs

Electric companies has lights off in my neighborhood so booked a room at hotel down the street from my house when I got too 3444 Harding blvd was told was wrong hotel ,asked if they could fix lobby guy said cancel and call to get refund I did ,then I had to end up getting another room which cost me 133.41 so I lost 133.41 +67from hotel com I will never use either of these companies again I wasn't in the position to lose all that money and am very angry

Restricted visiting housing.

The hotel was sweating my family and friends who just dropping by for few minutes. And I booked online so I just went in and registered, showing only my ID, well the next day, the day time clerk was trying to throw my girlfriend out cause her name was not on the register. Well it just says two guess. This guy was actually following me the room to tell my girlfriend and nephew to get out.. This guy said that there are no visitors allowed to come to the hotel.. I thought about the business meeting happening in my room on Tuesday and envisioning this guy coming to my room only to be stopped and embarrassed by the hotel. I checked out on Monday.

1- tried to over charged my card

2- our floor smelt like **** when asked to change rooms they said they were none available but they were

3- very noisy

4- someone tired to come in our room

5- our bathroom had a whole in the ceiling

6- online it said breakfast included well no breakfast was there..

7- I will NOT stay there AGAIN if you have kids stay somewhere else

I should have brought an extra set of sheets and pillow sheets. The property is very old and we passed a strong scent of pot just down the hallway. TV remote did not work, so the TV did not work. I wiped down every surface and my cloths were almost black. Visible stains on the couch and chairs. We just needed a place to stay for the night--I assumed that the name Wyndham meant that it would be higher quality. We were very mistaken.
