Can’t recommend enough. The customer service was amazing, my family and I get to see each other once year so we met at this hotel and the staff welcomed each guest, consistently asked if we needed anything and just made us feel at home. We will stay again for sure.

The location of this property is wonderful—safe area, lots within walking distance, and the hotel itself appears recently updated and visually pleasant. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.

To my absolute horror, when I pulled out the sofa bed to get my children settled for the night, there were multiple moving insects in the bedding—not just one. I immediately called the front desk and was told to come downstairs for a new room. When I arrived, the front desk staff had disappeared and only security was available. No one followed up with me at any point, despite the seriousness of what I discovered.

Very late at night, I had to pack up everything, move my children, and move rooms—completely inconvenient and unsettling. Even after relocating, I was no longer comfortable sleeping there. We left first thing in the morning.

Dealing with management afterward has been an absolute nightmare. I have photos and videos clearly showing the insects in the pullout couch, yet they have refused to take responsibility and have been argumentative rather than concerned or helpful. I remained respectful and did not cause a scene upon checkout, but I was left with a truly awful experience. I now have all of our belongings sealed in storage to ensure we do not bring any potential bedbugs into our home.

Overall, this stay was extremely stressful and unacceptable. I hope management takes this seriously for the sake of future guests.
