Big area but room furnitures need to be changed quite old. House keeping is poor and unprofessional. Gym and pool is mostly crowded by local residentials. For me not worth of staying there with that price. I think better options must be explored.

Staying at Montana Vista was a marvelous experience for all of us . We stayed for 1 day only but enjoyed a lot . Open Air swimming pool was decent, enjoyed the pool side drinks with delicious snacks . Room was clean and with all modern amenities. Took dinner and their Chinese preparation was too good . In future whenever we will visit Siliguri this is confirmed that we will choose Montana Vista no doubtly.

Room is very small and not good ventilated , so was very suffocating with pungent smell. Very expensive stay compared to the service provided. Simply the stay is over rated in MakeMyTrip

Food quality is not good and response from reception is not quick. The location is good. Receptionist directly handover the key to us and no one was coming to carry our luggage to the room.

hotel is good. room has nice view. has long lawn and playground. ambience is serene. however food quality is very poor during night time. no taste of North India in North Indian foods.

In my booking, i was supposed to be given complementary welcome drinks, room refreshment with cookies palate, decoration for anniversary etc. but none of it was given to me. I had booked a suite but there was no hair dryer in the bathroom, when enquired at the reception they told that housekeeping has to be informed then only they’ll provide the hair dryer. If you are to take pain in reminding them the absence of basic amenities as basic as hair dryer whats the point of booking a suite? I had called up the hotel a day prior to my check in date to request for minimal decoration of my room as it was my wedding anniversary, they dodged with lame excuse that the present occupant might not check out early and they would call me back in half an hour but i never heard from them again. When i arrived at the hotel i was expecting atleast a bud of rose would greet me in my room but no, my request was not fulfilled, i was not given welcome drink, i was not provided with cookie platter which were all mentioned as basic attractions while booking my room. My anniversary plan was dampened by lackadaisical approach of the hotel staff. When i raised this issue at the reception, they simply apologised and did nothing to compensate for it. disappointed this time.

I am a regular customer of Montana Vista and staying there in almost all ny trios to Siliguri. However, this time when we asked for extra bed they didnot provided us the standard extra bed as it was consumed in all the other rooms and the bed provided was horribly bad. When we raised our concern to the concern lady whi came to put the bed she misbehaved with us. we raised our concern with the front desk executive and he also coulnot solved the issue. I then wanted to speak with the Manager on duty and even i was not even connected with him/ her. Finally we have to accomodate ourself in one bed which was very uncomfortable.
