I booked a hotel through the mm t portal, but the amenities listed on the portal are not being provided. Even basic services like laundry, which are mentioned on my mm t invoice, are unavailable. Additionally, the hotel charges extra for an additional water bottle during the stay. The overall ambiance is not as promised and feels disappointing.

Room is cozy and they are offering two single size beds in which rest all the amenities are ok such as - welcome with fruits, saving kit (on demand, tooth kit (on demand, ac, tv, electric cattle, tea kit, cupboard, fridge, geyser, bath kit etc
also they are offering good buffet for breakfast with the variety of the foods.

It w as good but the room service phone started ringing in the morning which disturbed our sleep. The phone was in the reception area of the rooms

Hotel is situated in the centre place of city and approach is very easy. Very neat and clean room. Staff is also very good.

The food was not good, the room which was given to me was also not good. service was also terrible, the only thing was good that the staff of the hotel was polite.
