We waited 20 minutes for food to be replenished. Staff was walking around the food but not even replenishing it. I had to make the staff and front desk aware of the situation.

Nice clean rooms in a convenient location and good safety measures for entering the building. The staff was not only friendly but very quick at check-in/out. Great overall stay.

Hospitable greeting. Clean room. Safe parking. Would like to know the price of parking prior to arrival but other than that, was fabulous.

Our parking charges are listed on all booking platforms, and in addition communication is sent out through the ******* platform before arrival that not only states the price of parking but also gives directions on where to park in the garage we utilize.

It was a short trip to Charlotte; the hotel is nice, close to everything. I recommend stopping by Nuvole on 22nd floor to have a drink and enjoy the view.

The concierge, Eric was fountain of information about the area. He was able to give amazing recommendations for restaurants, entertainment and things to do all around Charlotte. Just because of his personality and his ability to get people checked into their rooms I would highly recommend that you stay here.

Never stayed downtown charlotte before and I don’t think I will again. Very noisy. Overall the hotel was very hot, the room, the elevator, just everywhere. My first and last time at a Marriott.
