Property and staff were fine. Asked for ground floor when booking a week out and still put me on 3rd floor. Breakfast was not good…everybody knows the cinnamon rolls are the reason you stay at Holiday Inn but they found a way to screw them up, no icing and very dry!

The first room they put us in had a terrible smell! The second room was full of roaches! This is very nasty and inappropriate!!!

Great location and clean room that made me feel very comfortable. Front desk staff was very friendly and was very welcoming! Would definitely stay again when we visit the area in the future.

酒店条件很好，员工服务周到，给了我们很多帮助。房间非常舒适，我很喜欢找到一个非常好的品牌的洗发水、护发素和面霜，而且房间清洁度也非常好。
酒店有个叫亚历山德拉的女孩，她非常友好，带我们去购物，还会说西班牙语！！！
我希望很快能再来，看到亚历山德拉在前台工作做得更好。她很有才华。早班接待员也很棒。他们帮助了我们，他们是一支很棒的团队。恭喜！他们远远超出了我的预期。他们的早餐非常美味，种类繁多。我一定会很快再来的。

他们可以延长泳池的使用时间；我没能用，因为当时已经很晚了，而且天气仍然很热。
有点失望
房间非常干净，除了浴室，其他一切都井井有条。房间很干净，但是我用的扶手一端从墙上掉了下来。第一个“解决办法”就是把它装回去。我把它扶住了，以为它修好了。
另外，我们预订了一张特大床，但到了之后才发现是一张大床房。我们特意选了那间，因为那里有沙发。没有提供任何补偿。工作人员都非常友好。早餐很棒。电视也很不错。
