The staff was friendly and when we arrived the room was in good shape. However, when we had gotten back to the room the next day after being out and about all day long, the room was cleaned at all, had not even been touched. We were not too upset it had not been cleaned but wanted fresh towels for showers. We went to the front desk to report the room had not been cleaned as was advised they are only required to clean the room every 3 days. We then asked about getting new towels and were we required to turn in our used towels before being given new ones. We went back to the room and gathered our towels to get replacement ones and because we only brought back the used ones instead of all of them, we were threatened to have our account being added with having extra towels. I had already made two trips to the front desk about new towels so asked front desk person to follow me to my room so I could give an account of what towels we still had because I did not want to risk being charged for having extra towels. Never have we, ask guests, been required to turn in our used towels to get replacement ones. Housekeeping usually takes care of swapping them out. The stay itself was fine and the staff was friendly, but the whole towel situation really put a negative on the experience and was completely unnecessary.

the room was clean, plenty of room. the beds were comfortable. the staff when we checked in was super, friendly, and fun. Had a great sleep. We come through this area often and will stop here again.

I stayed 1 night for a layover from driving. Room was comfortable, quiet and clean. Excellent accomodations. Easy check in. Breakfast was simple but adequate for what I needed. Cereal, fruit, toast, juice, coffee, etc. No hot options but every was excellent. Price point was very good and ratings were high. Hotel is located about 1/4 mile off the highway so it was free from road noise. Would stay here again.

It was a nice stay. It was very quiet and easy to relax and sleep. The staff was very friendly and nice. If I had any complaints at all, it would be nice if they had fresher bagels and doughnuts for the breakfast.

There is nothing around really. Plenty of parking. We stayed for a quick overnight and continued on our way in the am. The continental breakfast was subpar. Nothing hot at all basically cold cereal, yogurt bread or a muffin some juice and the milk was 3 days past expiration. Carpet in the breakfast area was grungy. Very small room and mostly high top tables. Bed and room were ok. Shower curtain showed some mold.
