We went here for our honeymoon and i will say, we were extremely disappointed. The horseshoe was dirty, items were broken, and screens on the windows were missing. For the amount of money we spent here(we got the suite), i wouldnt expect the door lock to be broken, the porcelain tank lid for the toilet was cracked and chipped, and the faucets were corroded over. The staff when we first got there was very stand offish. Acted like it was an inconvenience that we were there

Sorry but staff I’d so unfriendly at the front desk checking in. They looked like they didn’t want to be there. Shame when I’m coming to spend money and on vacation. Will never come to the horse shoe BLACK HAWK. You’re a service base company. Your product is service….👎👎👎👎👎

It could have been a little more friendly the only ones that were really friendly to me were the front desk and the cashier otherwise it was a nice day and you need to open up a buffet why is it none of you have opened up with the buffet except for the monitor you all used to have buffets and all those not anymore the food's too expensive you make tons of money on the ******** your food should be cheaper

First room had a window open when we walked in. Closure was broken said had to take luggage back down and get different room. Next room we could hardly get door open it was stuck and hard to open. Inside the sliding door would NOT slide to open or close bathroom door. It took both of us to lift door to put back on track. The. Every time we needed to use the door it would come off. We didn’t want to move to a third room by this time not mowing it wouldn’t have different issues!!!! Paint off of bathroom vanity and door at bottom. NEVER AGAIN
