The room I stayed in had a faucet that was very loose. When turning the water on or off, it felt like it would break loose.
One staff member at the front desk was yawning and seemed brusque in answering questions. She did not have a name tag.

There were no hangers in the closet. The safe didn't work. There were not enough towels. After I called front desk to get these things fixed, nothing happened. AND, on Nov 16th (obviously a different reservation), I mistakenly left a pair of boots in the room and housekeeping did not turn them in to Lost and Found. I WILL NOT stay at the Horseshoe Blackhawk again.

There was mold in the shower…… and our room was near the elevator so that’s all we heard all night long.

Checking in was an inconvenience for the staff, I guess I was interrupting her personal conversation. I was not greeted, she did not explain hotel amenities or even my room charges.

Was excellent. Only complaint I had is that the my room was near the elevators and they are quite loud

Elevator noise throughout the night. Public parking access direct to hotel rooms. Not secure. Faulty elevator doors.
Water had a sulfur smell in the rooms.

Loved the large clean room and the bathroom was like 😲 awesomeness, I'm still dreaming of putting that shower into my home. The towels with nice, beds comfy, and the French doors put a classes touch to it. Rooms are quiet, the best in a long time. Perfect. Everything in walking range that met our needs. Great food. Had Fun too.
只想说前台的Dana真是太棒了。她热情周到，人也特别好。除了停车问题，对我来说，这次住宿体验的好坏很大程度上取决于前台的服务态度。她服务很棒，房间也很漂亮，其他设施也都很齐全。下次肯定还会入住。
糟糕透顶的经历。员工一点忙都帮不上。我在机场弄丢了身份证，所以既没法租车也没法去预订的酒店。更糟糕的是，酒店居然还让我滚蛋。不退款。客户服务差劲透顶。看来酒店总是占上风。
房间有点脏，浴室淋浴间里全是头发和黑霉，非常恶心。前台服务人员态度非常好。
