We really enjoyed our stay here! Very clean and quiet. We were greeted with a hotel social hour featuring complimentary beer and wine, as well as a Mac & Cheese bar (a very nice touch). Apparently, they host this event on Monday evenings. The lobby was warm, cozy, and decorated for fall. The room was spacious and clean, and had everything we needed. The courtyard is lovely, and the pool looked clean (although we unfortunately didn't get a chance to enjoy it). It is right next to a cute sushi restaurant, and we enjoyed our breakfast - definitely above average for a hotel breakfast. I appreciate the efforts they made to go above and beyond.

Our well-appointed one-bedroom suite was perfect for our needs. The cold citrus water at the entrance and complementary cookie was welcome after the long drive. The bed was comfortable, the suite was spacious, and kitchen had all that we needed. The pet-friendly room is a plus. We will stay again when we are in the area.

Staff was very nice but highly disappointed that we didnt know the hot tub wasnt working because that was the main reason we booked this hotel.

The stay was good overall, however, the jacuzzi didn't work, and their were adjoining rooms and we could hear the guests next door, but it was not too bad.

员工非常友善，房间也很干净。但是酒店设施陈旧，走廊非常非常吵闹。这并非酒店的错，而是部分客人不顾及他人感受造成的。整天都能听到摔门声。一些不顾及他人感受的家长放任孩子在院子里自由活动，踢足球踢过我们的头顶，大声喧哗……这同样不是酒店的错。此外，早餐后区域光线昏暗，似乎是为了阻止客人在此用餐，这一点也让我很不满意。我几乎看不清咖啡机，不得不要求工作人员开灯。这种环境让人感觉很不舒服。应该打开窗帘，让美丽的庭院阳光洒进来。
披萨上有蟑螂！我把披萨放在外面，等孩子们吃完后我起来准备把披萨收起来时，发现上面全是蟑螂。
前台服务人员态度恶劣。
