酒店位置不错，离市中心走路十几分钟，环境也很不错，像独立庄园。
设施完善，spa/游泳池/汗蒸房都很干净舒服，值得推荐。
号称五星级酒店，虽然外观看起来不错，但内部设施非常老旧，缺乏维护。浴室墙面家具周围有疑似黑色霉斑，洗手台被一层破损的包覆材料覆盖，一些金属固定件也生锈腐蚀了。早餐等了一个多小时，餐厅似乎优先服务那些VIP客人，他们上菜很快。我们连续两天从入座到上早餐都等了一个小时。工作人员虽然很抱歉，但这并不能弥补糟糕的服务和普通的餐食质量。水疗中心也很旧，健身房很小，没什么器械可以进行像样的锻炼。
特别大的公园庄园很多古老的树木和建筑，大氧吧！早餐特别棒吃过最好吃的汉堡！SPA泡池很浪漫，会再去或者推荐其他家人朋友去
酒店坐落在花园里，很有文艺气息。整体服务很到位，除了餐厅服务速度较慢。有免费的SPA，属于酒店特色。如果喜欢英伦休闲体验，这是一个很适合的选择。
这其实是一家很棒的酒店，但确实需要翻新了，窗帘布都快撕裂了。不过，酒店的位置和周边环境都很赞，绿树成荫，非常安静，离市中心也不远。我们还被免费升级到了更好的房间，真是太贴心了。喜欢室外泳池，虽然它也需要翻新一下。员工都非常友好。
抵达酒店时，前台没有任何欢迎，给了房间后我们自己把行李搬到了房间。除了早餐服务不错，其他员工表现都不好。优点是水疗中心很棒，酒店场地也很好。我住过世界各地很多酒店，从未遇到过服务如此差劲的五星级酒店。
和家人一起住酒店 房间清洁不完善 地上有上个客人留下来的零食碎片 卫生间也不是很干净 早餐用的杯子也不干净 但是环境很好 在庄园里
房间不大但装修比较好，整体有庄园的感觉，温泉设施较小但是还算够用，有小型恒温泳池。前台态度还可以，早餐是点餐制，唯一美中不足的是早餐要一杯卡布奇诺还需要单独给5.2镑，也没有任何收费提醒，在五星酒店里显得匪夷所思。
