Room was very nice Had to move coffee pot as outlet was not working Outstanding atmosphere with the country theme Enjoyed going to park for live music too Had dinner and breakfast within community made it easy.

Hotel room was extremely dirty. Comforter had stains, doors were dirty, there were crumbs all over the night stand when we got there. There is no way to close the drapes so you have light shining in all night. The receptionist was very nice though, she is the only positive thing I have to say. We also found a huge bug on our bed when we got back to our room after dinner. I called the front desk and she brought us a new comforter because of it and of course apologized. Which was a good thing also because the other comforter on the bed had yellow stains all over it. This hotel just needs a good cleaning! Yuck

The keycard lock on door did not work upon checkin. Front desk staff blamed me for putting card by my cell phone which I did not do. She reprogrammed it and I walked all the way to the end of the hall for it not to work. Went back and she stormed down and eventually got it open the next morning new staff said maintenance man will take a look. Battery was going bad and he had it fixed by the time we got back from the hospital. They were very helpful

It was ok, just "looked" a bit dirty - I would not take a shower due to the rust around the tile and there were marks on the bathroom floor, AC worked, but buttons missing. Also, the room had a strange odor. It was all just ok, but the price was ok so I stayed one night. Did not stay the second night though.

他们不打扫房间。我住了8天，他们只打扫过一次。我们每次都要求他们打扫，但维修人员根本不理会。服务太差了。
我不能使用游泳池。它很脏，里面还有两只死青蛙。房间的窗户也很脏。其他一切都完好无损。
102 号房间的门坏了，打不开，面向后院的窗户关不上，他们告诉我，如果给我换房间的话，我得付更多的钱，我不会再去那个地方了。
工作人员非常细心专业。房间很干净，但锁不太好用。泳池很脏，而且有异味。
