他们不打扫房间。我住了8天，他们只打扫过一次。我们每次都要求他们打扫，但维修人员根本不理会。服务太差了。
服务一流，Marisa 和 Melissa 待我们如家人一般，早餐很棒，环境非常干净。
有人在酒店门口抽**喝酒。他们一直待到深夜，我们都没法睡觉。
我不能使用游泳池。它很脏，里面还有两只死青蛙。房间的窗户也很脏。其他一切都完好无损。
102 号房间的门坏了，打不开，面向后院的窗户关不上，他们告诉我，如果给我换房间的话，我得付更多的钱，我不会再去那个地方了。
工作人员非常细心专业。房间很干净，但锁不太好用。泳池很脏，而且有异味。
