Room walls are thin, can hear people talking on either side late into the night. Complementary drinks from the bar, evidently bar tender neglected to let us be aware of what was free. I get maybe paying taxes, but still got charged for drinks. One morning our bathroom stunk bad like we was getting another rooms bathroom stench.

Very clean, professional staff and I just love the suite hotel rooms!! It so spacious and I was surprised at how affordable the night fare was!! Excellent service, perfect location and most of all very very clean facilities and room!!!
Definitely recommend & I will be back!!!

The whole staff was excellent. We enjoyed our stay immensely. From the front desk to the breakfast staff to the evening social, everyone was super kind and helpful. We especially enjoyed Pim at the bar.

The front end receptionist was unhelpful.
I needed a luggage cart- I requested help to find one and nothing was done.
I had to walk floor by floor until I found 2.
I brought both of them down to the entrance.

When I first arrived at the hotel, they had one guest relations person taking reservations and the line was about 40 very unfriendly. If I hadn’t already paid I would’ve just left several problems with the room first room was adjoining kids screaming so they finally moved us to another room That room the toilet overflowed so in the middle of the night they moved us to another room wasn’t a good experience

The property was a block from the beach, really enjoyed the omelette breakfast. The lobby/atrium space was very nice.

I read the reviews before I booked. Several people complained about the condition of the furniture and the carpet in the hallway. But the huge majority had a positive experience. Just remember that for some people, nothing will ever be good enough. The furniture, nor the carpet in the hallway was a big enough deal for me to give them anything except excellent reviews. The staff was wonderful. The hotel is very clean. They’ve already stated several times they will be updating things soon. For the price of this hotel and what they offer, I doubt there’s another place that even comes close to the value you get. Their breakfast is top notch. The rooms are spacious and clean. We really enjoyed our stay and we will return to this hotel next time we visit. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
