The air conditioner in the room sounded like an old Oldsmobile trying to start up. It made this loud sound all through the night no one in my room sleep. It was horrible. The deain in the shower was slow so it took the water forever to drain, so we put a towel in shower floor to quiet the slow drain sound. I will contact soon for refund just getting service since im headedback home now

Cons: upon entrance of lobby it smelled of mildew-musty smell.
Soiled stained carpet throughout the lobby, hotel hallways and room.
Gym: dank, moldy wet smell, no air circulation. No water jug when working out.
Ripped/torn furniture.
Bed was horrible, way over due to be changed out. It had permanent dips when all visitors have slept.
5th floor- was cleaned but did not smell the best. I sprayed Lysol and used small air fresheners I travel with.

The air conditioning smelled of mold.
One room I stayed in, the ac vents were dirty.
The sound of the highway is loud. Would be good to have a louder fan or provide a sound machine. The smoke detector light was blinking the whole night (because the battery probably needed changing.) The 1st room I was given, the remote didn't work.

一切都还算可以。房间和走廊的清洁度还可以,只是感觉有点潮湿,但也没那么糟糕。空调太冷了,而且不拔掉电源就关不掉。拔掉电源后,又打不开了。结果整整一天一夜都没空调。酒店只说了句“非常抱歉”,就没了下文。我想大概是因为这个区域环境不太好吧。巴斯康·帕尔默眼科研究所为这个地区带来了很多游客,所以这种情况令人遗憾。既然酒店名字里有“医疗中心”两个字,我期望它能提供更好的服务。毕竟人们来这里做眼科手术,也希望得到优质的酒店服务。酒店应该储备一些强效泰诺之类的药品,在大堂里备上这种基本用品,这才是合理的商业做法。健身房也有异味,潮湿,可能还有霉味。总之,感谢你们提供的住宿。我希望我的反馈能被看到,并能帮助酒店改进。
