房间很舒适，设施也较新。周围环境很安全。离购物岛很近。楼下的餐厅也错，价格适中。早餐是中规中矩的美式早餐。有提供煎蛋的服务。
酒店地理位置优越，早餐也很棒。员工都非常友好。不过，酒店确实有点旧了。

这家酒店地理位置优越，就在出口附近，附近有很多餐厅和购物中心，但又安静又安全。我们来西谷市看音乐会，非常喜欢。房间宽敞干净，床和座位以及类似小厨房的区域是分开的，我们想要的东西一应俱全。周末早餐供应时间比大多数时候都晚，这点很不错。酒店餐厅的菜单看起来也很美味。我们还会再来的。
入住手续办理得相当顺利。员工友好，环境优美。但是房间！天哪，那个房间需要好好整修一番。我希望我只是运气不好，只是房间有问题，但房间确实需要改进。首先，我们给孩子们用的是折叠床。安装起来很麻烦，因为沙发真的裂了，拉出床的栏杆卡得紧紧的。床笠也装不下。双人床的尺寸，但床单尺寸却比不上全尺寸床。
其次，房间里的灯光不够亮。淋浴间附近没有灯，所以真的很暗。
不得不把灯泡拧回去，因为有人把它们拧松了，我想我知道原因，但这只是我个人的看法，但似乎客房服务人员并不在意，或者他们事后从未检查过。
我们也住过其他使馆套房，但绝对比不上其他地方的套房。
办理入住非常热情，其他员工根本不会看你，也不主动打招呼。绝对需要上一堂带名牌的客户服务课，他们穿着普通的衣服。
