Very clean rooms and common areas. Comfortable. Great pool and hot tub. Everything was wonderful for my entire stay until the last 35 min prior to check out. The housekeepers knocked on my door at 1125am when check out is 12pm. I was on a call so I said through the door that I would be out of the room in about 15 min. Then the room phone rang and it was the front desk telling me the housekeeper told her I was checking out late. I told her that I told the housekeeper that I would be out in about 15 min. , isn't check out at 12pm? It's 1130am. She said yes. I said ok l, I will be out of the room before 12pm and I was. Way to push your customers out and ruin a nice stay.

The man that was working the night we checked in is very rude. We had two interactions with him and both were awful.

Over all a good stay and great price. Only issue would be the mattress was old lumpy , came home with back pain.

Shower had poor pressure. I have thick hair so this is important to me. Besides that it was nice.

我们对这次入住体验非常失望。一进房间就闻到一股浓重的霉味，我几乎可以肯定房间里有霉菌。我丈夫甚至出现了过敏反应——眼睛火辣辣的疼，而且一直不停地打喷嚏。这让我们感到非常不舒服，也很担心。
不过，酒店本身感觉安全且维护良好，短信沟通也很便捷。当我需要额外的毛巾和护发素时，他们很快就送来了。
可惜的是，房间的糟糕状况掩盖了其他优点，我希望希尔顿酒店能够重视这个问题，以免影响其他客人的入住体验。
